BizStay Walden

After a frustrating, tireless search for a short-term rental, I was connected with BizStay and things got easy. I’d just moved from NYC to The Hague a few weeks earlier and had struggled to find a place. They found me a beautiful apartment within my budget and close to work, and were available for my many, many questions. From my first message asking for help through to checking out early, everything was quick, friendly, and seamless. BizStay was one of the best services I’ve used. If you need a comfortable, affordable short-term place, they should be at the top of your list. I’d stay with them again in a heartbeat :)

The booking for a city-center studio in The Hague was easy to arrange, with a clear, user-friendly process that made planning simple. I haven’t stayed in the apartment yet, but the support from BizStay has already left a strong impression. The team was friendly, attentive, and quick to answer questions or offer guidance. I feel confident about the reservation and would happily recommend them to anyone visiting The Hague.

I come back regularly for the location and facilities, and the service is great too. It’s good value, with a fully equipped place to cook and do laundry. There’s a tram stop right across the way, and the neighborhood has some really good local bars and restaurants.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The shower drain was slow, but we mentioned it and they sorted it out that same day. It was a great stay.
