The breakfast stood out most for me. It was generous, with a range of choices unlike anything I can remember having in Europe. You can also order from an extra menu, and they bring those dishes right to your table. The staff were warm and attentive. Our room was lovely and roomy too. I’d definitely come back.

Francesko made our stay especially memorable with a hand-drawn picture for us to keep. Dominika and Ezra were also wonderful in the Lounge, and the whole team there gave us such thoughtful service. My wife and I always have a great time at The Hague Marriott. The staff know us by name when we arrive and go out of their way to make things feel just right. Charle, Teddy, and especially Rodrigo at Reception are always welcoming. Kate and Nina took great care of us, and Nina stayed dedicated even with an injured shoulder. John Waarts was patient and helpful with our technical questions. It feels like a home away from home. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The room intrusion is what I keep thinking about. At 10:15 PM, a staff member used a key card to enter without knocking or warning. We stopped them right away. They said they were responding to a noise complaint and hadn’t expected anyone to be in the room. It was startling and felt like a serious invasion of privacy. When we called Reception after collecting ourselves, the staff member was professional but didn’t really apologize. We double-locked the door after that. I wasn’t looking for compensation, especially since my status had already brought us plenty of value, but an apology letter the next day would have been a kind and necessary response. That incident strongly affected how we felt about the stay, and makes me hesitant to return, though I wouldn’t rule it out if the circumstances were right. We chose the hotel for a two-night weekend in The Hague because of my Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite benefits and positive online reviews. The stay had many good points: staff were welcoming and the amenities were excellent. It’s visibly not new, but well maintained, and the furnishings were in excellent condition. We got a generous upgrade to a Family Suite, lounge access and complimentary restaurant breakfast, with a wide, enjoyable selection. The MClub lounge was a lovely space. We arrived around 2 PM and check-in was quick and easy. Reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and gave us all the details we needed. We looked around the gym but didn’t work out. It was well equipped, with plenty of exercise options, fresh towels, and fruit. Getting into the city takes a bit of effort. The nearest tram stop is at least a 10-minute walk, and the ride to the center takes about 15 minutes. That walk was tough in the cold, especially compared with staying right in the center. The location is more convenient for a conference or the nearby museums, and it’s well placed between the beach and the city center. Even with the good breakfast, upgrade, and lounge, the location and especially the room entry leave me reluctant to stay here again.

The executive lounge was a real highlight over my three weeks at The Hague Marriott. The city and sea views were amazing, and the food kept changing. Lounge menus can get repetitive, but I enjoyed the quality and variety throughout all 21 days. The staff made an even bigger difference. Ezra was reliable and supportive while I was recovering from a cold, and the team made me feel cared for and at home. Francesko was remarkable with guest requests and difficult situations, always calm and positive. He seemed to know what people needed before they asked. It’s some of the best service I’ve had at any Marriott property globally. I’d highly recommend it for the team and the lounge.

We were there for just one night with our 4,5-month-old son, but it felt like a little holiday. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a thoughtful spa playlist, coffee, and relaxing tea. Everyone was super friendly, and breakfast had lots of healthy choices.
