YAYS The Hague Willemspark by Numa

There was no reception, staff, or breakfast, and the fully digital setup wasn’t suitable for international travelers. The property is misleadingly listed as four-star. I didn’t use Booking at all, and they refused a refund. Very bad experience, a waste of time and money. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Scammers.

The apartment is in a great area and has useful amenities in the building, including umbrella rentals and luggage storage. It’s self-service, with online check-in and checkout. My only complaint is that the foot of the bed touches the wall.

We found food stains on all the dishes when we arrived, which made us doubt the overall cleanliness. Ants covered the kitchen surface every day, which felt unhygienic, and the couch squeaked badly enough to make sitting or sleeping on it uncomfortable. We were given just two rolls of toilet paper for the whole stay, which wasn’t enough. For this price range, we expected much better cleanliness, comfort, and service. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend YAYS The Hague Willemspark by numa.

There’s no check-in desk, as check-in and checkout are handled online through an app. The cozy rooms are warm and well lit, with a beautiful, well-laid-out design. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the Central station.
