B&B Bij de koeien

I was able to put together breakfast to take with me the night before, since I had to start work very early. The hostess is lovely and willing to help with anything. The room is fine; the bed feels a little saggy, but I slept great, and my Samsung smartwatch agreed. The bathroom is impressive, especially that very long tub and the shower. I'm looking forward to a proper old-fashioned bath tonight. For the nightly price, everything is very well looked after. I'm staying again tonight and for another night next week.

It's peaceful around here, so it was easy to relax, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast arrived at our room on time. The welcome area is lovely, and the rooms are beautifully decorated with lots of cow-themed accessories. The bathroom feels luxurious, with a tub and shower, and the toilet was always clean.

We cut the visit short after a night without sleep. We were in the area for a wedding and, at short notice, the bride and groom's family gave us somewhere else to stay. The woman was really friendly, but the bathroom was disgustingly dirty and moldy. There was mold all over the bathroom blind, and the grout had black and pink spots. A little green bit of something floated in the juice she welcomed us with. By then, none of us felt like having breakfast. I've never had an experience like this in my life. 🤮

The bedding and mattress were dirty and smelled bad, and the hotel itself was filthy with a smell of urine and old people. I was cheated out of 60 euros by a very unfriendly person. There's also a difficult neighbor, and the owner goes along with whatever the neighbor says. Her son is very aggressive and unfriendly.
