The little things made our week at Het Spoorhuis feel special. When we came back each evening, my daughter hurried upstairs to see how her stuffed animals had been rearranged into a new scene. The staff also helped us with directions and worked breakfast around our plans, even packing one for us when we had an early start. Everyone was genuinely caring and made us feel at home. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner there too. It's also a handy base for exploring the Netherlands, with lots of lovely towns about 30 minutes away. We loved our stay and would happily come back.

The railway station theme suits the building, and the service was good. I enjoyed my spare ribs, though they weren't equally tender: one rack came right off the bone, while another was pretty tough. The rest of the experience was nice, with classic dishes you'd expect at a Dutch grand café. Worth a visit.

We had a great family meal for my mum's 83rd birthday. The staff were the best part, so warm and thoughtful, always smiling and ready to help. The food was delicious too. Thanks, we'll definitely be back!

Right by Uithoorn Harbour, with lovely surroundings and a tram stop just outside. The food and service were great, and Michel made an excellent breakfast. A relaxing place to stay, recommended.
