Bed and breakfast Wilhelminapark

The veggie menu was amazing, and the bread was great too. Some of the ingredient combinations were among the most interesting and best paired I’ve ever had. Our waitress was so smiley and patient, dressed all in black with blonde hair. I wish I’d caught her name. She was helpful with the menu, made us laugh, and helped us feel comfortable. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Utrecht. It felt like they’d gathered all my favorite foods in one place. The prices were very fair for fine dining, even with wines, teas, and extras.

For our anniversary, they brought us a lovely complimentary plate with bonbon chocolates. The service was quick and kind, and they handled our allergies with real care. We had the 5course chef's menu, which was magnificent and very reasonably priced. The food was great. Would recommend.

We were glad we chose to sit inside when the weather turned so quickly, though it was sunny again about 30 minutes later. Just a heads-up, the patio isn’t very rain proof haha. The view was gorgeous, and every dish was delicious in a really beautiful space. A stroll through the park beforehand is a lovely way to work up an appetite for lunch. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

The flavours were fantastic and really well put together, and there was a great wine selection. We came for lunch, but the service got off to a slow start: we waited at least 20 mins before anyone offered water, then had to ask for the wine list. We felt like we were repeatedly trying to get the staff’s attention throughout the meal. Four stars.
