We were a group of 51, and the staff were quick to respond, greeted us with smiles, and went out of their way to help. The food was tasty, and breakfast had plenty of choice. There's ample parking, and the location works well for both the town and nearby area. Our room was comfortable and well equipped, with thoughtful extras like toiletries, a safe, coffee machine, fridge, and lots of pillows. Fantastic hotel, and I'll definitely return.

I stayed one night in central Valkenburg and appreciated having a parking lot, which made getting to the center easy. The hotel has a warm, friendly feel and a boutique style. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were especially kind and helpful. It was a really pleasant base for enjoying Valkenburg, and I'd recommend it.

I spent two nights here with my family, and I can't see this as a four-star hotel. The room was too small, my bed sheet was wet, and the toilet door squeaked. To me, it felt more like a two-star place.

Breakfast had a really good range of food and drinks, and the bar and dining room service were excellent. The rooms were well equipped, and it was a great place to stay while exploring the area. I'd stay again if I were nearby.

The beds were good quality and breakfast was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. Our room was fairly small, though, and sound carried badly through the hallway. You could clearly hear people talking around 20 metres away while you were in your room.
