Top-notch service!

We were left scrambling for a place at the last minute, which brought extra costs and a lot of stress. We had booked and paid for a room well ahead of time and received confirmation, but when we asked for the door code, we found out it had been rented to someone else, apparently at a higher rate because of the Amstel Gold Race. A paid, confirmed booking should be kept. This happening during a major event gives the impression that profit comes before reliability. I absolutely can’t recommend this hotel. If you need to know your stay is secure, book somewhere else.

Right in the city center, with parking around the corner, the location was a real plus. Our spacious second-floor room was clean and well equipped, with a strong shower, coffee, and a small fridge for chilling wine. It’s a charming, cozy, modern hotel without staff, and everything worked smoothly through the phone. We’ll definitely return to Hotel Blink.

I can’t really comment on the rooms, but getting help by phone was extremely poor. They made several promises to call back and never did. When I tried again three days later, I was told to be patient or wait longer. It’s a complete charade. There’s literally a sign telling you to call them, and you have to sign up for a parking subscription. They can write back right away to call us idiots, but they still failed to honor their promise to call back, twice.
