The three hours flew by, and the kids stayed happily absorbed in making their own creations the whole time. We celebrated our 11-year-old daughter’s birthday at De Kunstpraktijk, and it was such a lovely afternoon. The owner led the workshop with patience, care, and real creativity, and everything was organized beautifully. The children had a great time. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a meaningful creative activity for kids.

When I need somewhere to stay for the night, this cosy first-floor room is a lovely find. It has what you need, and Aurelia brings a delicious, generous breakfast right to the room. You’re in the center of veldhoven dorp, close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, and it’s a 15-20 minute walk from ASML, which matters most to me. Aurelia is a great host, and I’d be happy to stay here more often.

Breakfast was good, and she even got gluten-free bread for me. The place itself was hard to find, with no sign or anything. Parking was a problem too. The owner said we couldn’t leave the trailer on the drive, and with a festival on, we couldn’t park it anywhere else. The bathroom is small, the windows were filthy, and the outside of the B and B looked really untidy.

The hostess was warm when she welcomed and served us, and breakfast was acceptable. But the courtyard-facing room barely got warm, just 17°C, and the television didn’t work. The bathroom was freezing and so cramped that using the toilet meant contorting yourself. €95.00 without breakfast is outrageous.
