The views were amazing, and waking up to that beautiful scene at night was one of the highlights of my trip. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One person in particular was so friendly and helpful, nothing seemed like too much trouble. I had a fantastic stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'd highly recommend it for the comfort, views, and great service.

The river or canal views from the rooms are lovely, and probably worth paying extra for. The hotel is nice, with friendly, helpful staff. Dinner is good, though breakfast is only average. Parking can be tricky when the hotel is busy. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

The room had a small fridge, but no tea or coffee, and the bathroom was basic. Its layout was unusual, with the bed facing the window. The hotel sits right on the Nieuw Waterway, which makes for an interesting location. Staff were friendly, dinner was excellent, and breakfast buffet was okay. Fine for one night, though I wouldn't want to stay long. At best, it's a three-star place.

I've been coming here regularly for a year, and in all that time I haven't had any major problems. When small things did come up, the staff sorted them out quickly and with a smile. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. The location is excellent, and the view over the water brings extra peace of mind. Thanks to every staff member for the amazing service. I'll keep coming back ❤️

We came as a couple and left happy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and in general we were satisfied. The room, sheets, and towels were clean, with fresh towels every day, although the bathroom was a bit worn. There weren't any slippers or cotton supplies in the room. Breakfast was good, but the selection was the same every day. I wish at least one item changed each day.
