Beachfront Boutiquehotel

The beach and boulevard views are fantastic. But the other guests were so loud at night that we could hear everything through the ventilation, which wasn't pleasant.

The sea view and location were fantastic, and the hotel could have been a relaxing place. But the beds made our two-night stay really difficult. The mattress was extremely soft foam, and I sank into it. I woke with back pain after the first night, then couldn't sleep through the second. It was the softest mattress I've ever slept on. Both the bed and mattress felt poor quality, and after I got up, the mattress had shifted about 30 cm, leaving a gap down the middle. There was a note in the room saying guests could switch to a firmer mattress if the bed felt too soft. Reception said that wasn't possible. They could remove the topper, but the mattress itself would stay just as soft. Apparently all the mattresses in the hotel are like this, with no firmer option. The air conditioning was right above the head of the bed, another setup I'd never come across before. On the balcony, the lights came on automatically and couldn't be switched off. I wanted to sit outside in the evening and look at the sea, but they were too bright. It's a shame the hotel doesn't seem designed with guest comfort in mind, given how great the setting and view are.

We loved the beautiful location, lovely room and super friendly staff during our two nights here. The breakfast served in the room was a fantastic idea. The bed, though, was awful. It was far too soft and shifted with even a small movement. We woke up with back pain both mornings, which was such a shame.

We had a wonderful stay with our four-legged friend. The staff gave us a warm welcome and did everything they could to make things enjoyable and worry-free, so we'll definitely return. Having breakfast in the room is a great idea, too. You can wake up at your own pace without it being brought to your door. The hotel is right on the beach and an easy walk from the town center. Parking behind the hotel costs €11 per day. Thanks for a lovely experience!
