We left without ordering dinner after waiting a long time, and no one came back to take our order. The staff had taken our drink order and brought the drinks, then seemed to ignore us. It felt deliberate, though I can't know for sure. From the moment we sat down, we felt uneasy. Staff gathered behind the bar, looking our way and apparently talking about us. As foreign visitors, we felt unwelcome and singled out. We tried to put that aside and enjoy the evening, but the service got worse. We had a very disappointing experience and can't recommend this restaurant, especially to fellow travellers.

The cozy Christmas atmosphere was lovely, and the pulled beef fries are so good. Alexandra, our waiter, was really sweet and helpful. The service was amazing.

The chefs deserve compliments, the food was delicious. We came because of the high online ratings and nice photos, but the service let the place down. Our table was sticky all over with some kind of liquid, and both taking our order and bringing it took a long time. We tried to get more drinks, waited ages for someone, then gave up. Too bad. The food is why I gave it two stars.

The location is great and the food was delicious, but the waiters barely paid attention to us. They were behind the desk in another room, so I had to get up from the table to get their attention. With better service, this would be a place worth visiting.

I visited the restaurant only. On 17 February 2025, there were about 16 of us. We had ordered our dishes 4-5 hours before arriving. I was the only one who had ordered just a main course, but I waited about 1 hour and 50 minutes and still never got it. I left hungry. Thanks. Oh, and the lemonade tasted like water with syrup, not lemon.
