The location is excellent and very convenient, and the rooms are generally good. But this doesn't feel like a four-star hotel, especially in terms of service. The staff didn't seem qualified to deal with customers or serve them properly. The biggest problem was dinner. When my family came in one evening, the waitress was extremely unfriendly and rude, and eventually didn't take our order at all. We had to find somewhere else to eat. At breakfast, a staff member with long, untied hair was working around the food, which raised a serious hygiene concern. Nobody apologized or tried to put things right. The hospitality and customer care you'd expect from a so-called four-star hotel just weren't there. I don't recommend it.

A really nice, peaceful place to stay. The staff were very polite, and the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The food and drinks were better than I expected.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the room was comfortable with a great bed. The dog was welcome and there were no issues, though the surcharge for bringing one was quite steep. The beach is only a few minutes away, but getting there means going down a fairly steep staircase.

The rooms are roomy but still cozy, with top-notch materials and especially large, great beds compared with other hotels. Breakfast was nice too, with plenty of choices, including options for vegetarians. A very good hotel, and I'd recommend it for a weekend walking or biking in the dunes.

The restaurant was a highlight, with exquisite food made from fresh local produce. Compliments to the chef. We enjoyed the cocktails too, and breakfast had a top selection that was deliciously fresh. The hotel is beautifully decorated, modern, and hygienically clean. Our room was just the right size and had a kettle for nighttime tea 🤞, plus a very comfortable bed and a good shower room. It's a friendly place within easy walking distance of the sand dune boardwalks and beach. All the staff were super friendly. I'll definitely put it on my list of favorite seaside places to visit. 💗
