Minicamping Zonnehoek

Peter was such a friendly, involved host and really did his best to keep guests happy. We had a great stay at this quiet, small farm campsite, with a relaxed and welcoming feel. There's a separate field for tents and a larger one for mobile homes, campers, and caravans. Our sanitary facilities were clean and tidy, and the farm has chickens, geese, and pigs. The eggs from the chickens are fresh, tasty, and affordable. Children have playground equipment, plus an indoor space for games or reading when the weather's poor. The beach is about a 15-minute bike ride away. We're a couple in our mid-20s and enjoyed it here. A great campsite for all ages, with or without children. We'll definitely return.

Peter welcomed us so warmly and took care of all the little details to make our stay pleasant. The children could roam freely around the grounds. We also really recommend the ice cream truck that visits the farm. Such a lovely short break, and we'd be happy to come back.

We spent 10 days here in May-June 2025 and really enjoyed it. Chalet no. 3, the campsite, the hospitality, and the surrounding area all deserve every star. Since we can no longer caravan because of the area around it, renting a chalet worked really well for us. You're still more or less camping, with the comfort of a bungalow. Peter and his family always make us feel very welcome, and we keep coming back. The campsite is in a beautiful spot, with spacious pitches and everything clean and easy to manage. Families, children, and couples can all find something here. Zoutelande is easy to reach by bike, and for smaller shopping trips there's a bakery, butcher, and small supermarket in Meliskerke. A fantastic camping holiday, really couldn't ask for more :-)
