We had a successful weekend in a wooden chalet beside a small lake, behind the dunes near Vlissingen. The owner was quick to provide good service. The furnishings were okay, the kitchen a little dated, and the shower had been renovated. Two of the six chalets have a nice lakeside spot; the other four don't. A short walk through the park and dunes brings you to the beach and its beautiful view. Keep walking and you'll reach the Vlissingen boulevard.

We felt very comfortable in the clean, cozy sauna house, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The accommodation is in a great spot in the park, right by a lake, with the beach about a five- to ten-minute walk away.

The owners were really friendly, and the setting by the water was lovely and quiet. It’s only a few minutes to the beach, nature, or the shops. The cottage itself is basic.
