Boutique Hotel Weesp

We’ve stayed here twice and like the location. The rooms are decent, clean, understated, and cute, with a great view. We’re happy with the stay and appreciate the service. One thing felt very unsettling, though: both times, the cleaner came in without knocking first, even though we’d locked the room from inside.

A stylish, comfortable hotel right in the centre of Weesp, in a great location. The digital check-in process may have its challenges, so the manager or owner should be reachable by phone.

The location is good, and the shower has excellent water pressure. Communication could be better, though. There’s no check-in service, so if you arrive early in the area, there’s nowhere to leave your bags. There’s also no lift, so keep that in mind. The worst part was that about half the room lights didn’t work. The shower light was completely out, so I had to use other lights to shower, and the one that worked flickered so badly we had to turn it off. At this price, you expect the room’s lights to work.

Weesp is a lovely town, and waking up to see it come to life was a real pleasure. The central location makes getting around easy, and I’m very fond of this hotel for its location and comfort. The room, bed, and facilities are excellent, with multiple pillows to choose from. It’s not suited to business stays since there’s no desk or table for work. Breakfast also starts at 0800, which may not suit anyone hoping for an early start.
