At De Berkeboom, everything was ready for us, so all we needed to do was relax. We got a warm welcome, a lovely large room and a beautiful bathroom, with plenty of clean towels and washcloths in the closet and bathrobes in the wardrobe. There was also a roomy kitchen we could use, free coffee and tea, and a delicious breakfast.

A peaceful spot and a very warm welcome make De Berkeboom a great base for visiting the Achterhoek region. It's an excellent B&B, with spacious, clean rooms, a very good bathroom and all the amenities you need. You can also prepare your own meals.

The breakfast was more than excellent, and you could put together a lunch too. The rooms are large and clean, and the setting is lovely and really peaceful. Winterswijk centre and the woods are both close by.

We slept well in this lovely, new apartment. It's spacious and quiet, with a nice spot to sit outdoors. The service and provisions were excellent and plentiful, and they also packed us lunch for the cycling trip.
