The only real downside was the lack of power outlets by the bed. We stayed three nights with my best friend in the maisonette apartment "Enlightment," and I fell for the property as soon as we arrived. It’s a former rectory, as I’d read, with a beautiful atmosphere and stylish furnishings. The shower was a dream, and a big colorful window brought lovely light into the downstairs room. Online check-in was easy, and the place is close to the center of Zandvoort. It’s a ten-minute walk to the beach, where we watched a beautiful sunset. We’d be glad to come back, and I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

Wim was such a warm host and a great person. We had a wonderful stay at the Light House. Our apartment, Freedom, was clean, new, and furnished with care and good taste. It felt like home. Highly recommended.
