Studio Zandvoort

The dunes and beach are right nearby, and the location is top notch. It’s a cozy, clean place and a paradise for dogs. Just keep in mind that a dog coming along needs to manage some steep steps.

The location was the one good part for me. I could walk easily to the beach and town center, but the rooms were tiny and everything felt dated. The listing said there was a shared bathroom, yet there was only a toilet in the hall, which sometimes had to serve eight of us. The shower was out there too. It was noisy day and night, and the doors were so stiff you could hear everything. If you have a dog, the stairs are extremely narrow and steep. A small dog might cope, but it was a disaster with a large one. The balcony's rubber mats stayed soaking wet, so my dog was practically wet all the time. I don't think it was worth the price, and I cut my vacation short by two days. Zandvoort is lovely, but I wouldn't book Studio Zandvoort again.

I stayed for two nights. Everything was well organized, and the place was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

A cozy little room, and a lovely place to stay. When the weather's good, it's a great starting point for exploring Zandvoort and enjoying the North Sea.
