Studio@25

The hosts were really friendly, and the studio was clean and tastefully furnished. It had what we needed, plus a lovely terrace with all the basics, though there wasn't much privacy there. The location is very central, but the shed sits at the end of the garden right beside a parking lot and Zandvoort train station, so there’s plenty of noise. You enter from the parking lot, but can only use that space to load and unload. The landlord offers a very narrow parking spot for €5 a day. Inside, there are cushions, blankets and seat pads everywhere, and the floor gets so cold that slippers are a must. There’s no air conditioning, and when it’s hot outside the studio gets very hot too. Ventilating it properly is difficult because of where it is. The entrance isn't very welcoming, and the place feels more like a dressed-up garden shed than a studio. If anything breaks, the landlord fixes it right away. You can rent it, but the price is far too high. With the noise and cost, I can only give it three stars.
