We felt misled and cheated after paying for two rooms but only getting to use one. My friend and I booked separate rooms through different platforms, expecting different room sizes and types. The host knew about the double booking issue shortly after the reservations were made, but didn't tell us in advance, even though he contacted us to confirm our arrival time. When we arrived, he said only one room was available. Because it was late and there were few alternatives, we had little choice but to share. At first, he offered a 70% refund for the unused room, which we reluctantly accepted. But at checkout the front desk staff refused to honor that agreement and falsely claimed both rooms had been occupied. We had only used one. Attempts to sort it out ran into poor communication and resistance. The host didn't answer our calls and was rude when we reached him. The whole experience showed a serious lack of transparency and honesty from both the host and front desk staff. I advise potential guests to be cautious booking here, since unreliable handling of reservations and refunds can cause major inconvenience.

The hotel is very central, just a three-minute walk from the beach, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, very new and modern, with smart features for choosing different lighting and connecting a phone to the TV. The service was exceptionally kind. We look forward to coming back.

Breakfast was brought to our room at the time we requested, and the minibar prices were very reasonable. The rooms also have a high technical standard. A lovely little family-run hotel near the city centre.

The room looked stylish and was really pretty, but it wasn’t properly made up. The staff weren’t very friendly, and I didn’t feel welcome. Maybe it was because I was there with my kids, but either way I wouldn’t return. With so little service, I’m not sure I’d call this a hotel.
