The view and atmosphere were lovely, and the staff were friendly. The food was delicious and felt fancy. A must-visit in Zoutelande, and an experience I hadn’t had before.

You can see how much care the cook puts into the work from the beautiful plating. The portions are a good size, with a great range of fresh ingredients, and the food tastes amazing. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff are friendly.

We came for dinner the day before New Year’s Eve, not to stay at the hotel. It was a memorable evening, with degustations and detailed explanations of each course. The restaurant feels high-end, with both à la carte and menu options. The wine list includes recommendations, and the waiters are happy to advise. There’s an excellent selection by the glass. Dutch and German are spoken; English was a stretch.

The views over the dunes and beach are exquisite, and the lounge area is fantastic. Prices are great, too. The people are very friendly and the service is lovely. Easily the best restaurant I’ve ever visited. Just go.

A real feast. The food was superb, with beautiful presentation and combinations that were both interesting and delicious. The staff were kind and personable.
