Pillow next door is where I usually stay, but it was fully booked this time, so I had to go with Bilderberg. The room was small, and the towels had visible dirty spots. There was such a bad sewer smell from the toilet that I kept the bathroom door shut the whole time. The shower wasn't draining properly either, so I had to hurry before the water overflowed. When I asked the woman at reception for hot water to make tea in my room, she told me I had to order it at the bar and pay. Her attitude was really bad. The other reception staff were much nicer. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Pillow has much nicer rooms and more welcoming staff.

We loved that some old features of the hotel are still there, like the café and those wide corridors. The room was spotless, with a huge, comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the good-quality bread, which you don't often find in hotels, plus the tea and hot breakfast choices.

Quiet and picturesque, with a parking spot at the back. The venue was lovely, the staff extremely friendly, and it's perfectly placed near the city.

Arriving late by train, I appreciated how convenient the location was. The room was clean and practical, and comfortable enough, but far too small for the price. There was no AC, and the bathroom wasn't very well equipped. We managed the stairs with our suitcases, though guests should be told about them. We ate out because the website didn't give enough detail about breakfast, with too few photos or descriptions. I might have chosen breakfast if I'd known more.
