The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had tons of options with great ingredients. We had to leave too early to eat at the hotel, but Ellinor made us a little breakfast bag and helped us book a taxi. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The place was very clean, with lovely decor and a view of the fjord. The lobby had a really nice social area, too.

My son liked the games downstairs, and the breakfast was good, but this was probably my least favorite hotel of our trip. The bathroom layout is awkward, and the floor gets wet after a shower. There was only one pillow per bed, and the pullout couch was really small. It would've been handy if the hotel rented umbrellas, but they didn't. I'd probably stay somewhere else next time.

We checked in on January 5 and got a wonderful welcome from a very professional, friendly woman at reception. The restaurant and lounge were really cozy, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was great. The location was great, too.

Breakfast had a very good variety and the food was great. The service was good, and the Quality Hotel is in a good location. Our room was directly above the outdoor dining area, where people were eating, drinking, and making noise late into the night. It was hotter than usual, and the hotel didn't have air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open for a cross-breeze. The noise kept us awake. In normal conditions, I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

Tuva at the front desk was not professional, and this hotel doesn't seem to understand hospitality very well. If you're looking for a warm welcome, kind staff, and professionalism, this isn't the place for you. I don't recommend it. They need a series of training and education to learn what hospitality is.
