The breakfast was great, and I enjoyed the lunch buffet. The chicken fillet main at dinner disappointed the guests because it was described as “tasteless.” The salmon served with the aperitif and dessert was tasty. The room was clean and practical, though there was no coffee or tea in it. The bathroom had only the bare essentials, and some stains on the chair hadn’t been removed :(

We didn’t get to see all the environmental or community initiatives for ourselves, but the friendly service and thoughtful touches gave us the feeling that the hotel cares about people and makes guests feel welcome. We also noticed how much attention they paid to cleanliness and organization, showing care for both guests and staff.

Dinner could use more meat choices, especially beef, chicken, and fish. I wish there were more options, but it’s not a big deal. The food was pretty good, and the staff were so nice. I loved staying here for a week. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the TV decent, and the shower and bathroom were great. A very good experience!

The room’s worn, damaged furniture and scratched floor panels made the place feel run-down. There were visible stains on the walls, and the wall beds were dirty as well as uncomfortable. The beds were very uncomfortable overall. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent standard.

Breakfast was a highlight of my stay at Quality Hotel Expo. There was a generous selection, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and Norwegian specialties, and it was a lovely start to each day. I had a fantastic experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with attentive, thoughtful service. My room was modern, clean, and comfortable, a nice place to relax after exploring the city.
