The cabin itself is nice, but we arrived to find hairs everywhere and had to vacuum the whole place. Even with the very expensive cleaning fee, there’s still a lot to do yourself, including taking rubbish to a public bin because there isn’t one at the property. We wanted to share this feedback directly, but it clearly wasn’t welcome. We’d requested bedlinen days in advance, but it wasn’t there when we arrived. For hours we called, messaged and emailed without reaching anyone. After four stressful hours, already standing in the rain, we searched around and luckily found a very kind woman on the property who was able to help, though she didn’t manage the place. The next day the manager knocked and held a cash machine in front of me to pay for the bedlinen. I still thought maybe he hadn’t seen our messages or calls, so I used Google translate to explain what had happened. He stopped reading after the first sentence, waved his hand irritably and muttered that it was ridiculous and we had to pay for the bedlinen. After hours of trying to contact him, waiting in the cold and not knowing whether we’d be able to sleep there, it was shocking to be dismissed without even being heard. The kind woman stepped in and suggested we just leave the bedlinen payment, since we’d already paid for the cabin. We didn’t care about the money, we just wanted someone to listen after a very stressful day that was supposed to be part of our holiday. We’ve never had such a bad customer experience or felt so disrespected by a host. I’d strongly recommend spending your money somewhere that treats customers like people instead of walking wallets. Thanks to the kind woman for helping. Manager, do better. You can’t ignore and brush off paying customers who are only trying to talk to you.

It’s close to Kiwi and the center, though the interior varies from cabin to cabin. There’s no car charging.
