Comfort Hotel Bergen Airport Terminal

The hotel is an easy two-minute walk from the terminal, handy for catching the first flight the next day, my LH flight to Frankfurt. The price was reasonably cheap, and cold breakfast was included from 04.30 every day. There was almost nothing to complain about in the room, except a strange smell around the toilet basin that might need a deep clean. The staff multitasked as receptionists, breakfast providers, bartenders, and entertainers, and they handled every assigned task wonderfully. Absolutely nothing else wrong with this place.

For the early breakfast, which starts at 4:30am for people catching flights, we found the choices pretty pitiful: just cold items, limited cereals, and warm juice. There was no hot food. The hotel is clean, well stocked, and reasonably comfortable, pretty much what you’d expect. We had a small issue with our room at check-in, but the staff quickly found us another room and sorted it out. I’d strongly recommend staying here if you have an early flight, since the walk from the hotel door to the airport is short and easy.

We stayed for two nights before our flights, and the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable enough for the rest we needed before a long journey. The hotel is just steps from the airport along a paved path. Staff greeted guests with smiles and were very focused on service. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and thought both the food and service were very good. There are also great dining options and a bar in the lobby, plus a lovely, comfortable lounge. Breakfast was wonderful, including the early-flight option, which exceeded our expectations. They let us store our bags before or after checkout, so we could go sightseeing without carrying them. We absolutely recommend it. It was among the best places we stayed during our 16-day Norway trip.

After we missed a flight, things were pretty chaotic, but the staff did a great job taking the stress off us. The rooms were clean, the staff were amazing, and we walked over in four minutes. I think the person at reception was Akhar. Thank you so much!
