The owner gave us a warm welcome and even came in early the next morning to make us a perfect breakfast just for us. We were the only guests after many cancellations during the Christmas holidays, but he still honored our reservation and opened the place for us. It's a very good 3* hotel near the center and the museum of Nordfjordeid, and it works well for a stopover or a longer stay. Thank you!

We were satisfied with the stay. The room was small but nice, the bathroom looked modern, and everything seemed new. It's in a quiet area with a lovely mountain view, close to the attractions and shops. Very good conditions for a 2* hotel.

We came to Eid for a wedding, and our family had booked several rooms. On arrival, one room wasn't available because the previous guests had asked to extend their stay. We were told we could stay at another hotel and walk back here in the morning for breakfast. The service was awful. These people shouldn't be running hotels.

What a joke of a place. They had no idea how to run a hotel or take care of guests. You can't do everything yourself. Stop being cheap and hire staff who know customer service, and maybe the place could be okay.

We arrived to find the place locked. The rooms were worn, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been refurbished since 1950. Even though breakfast had been paid for, there was none, and we overslept.
