We loved having access to the pool, hot tub, and sauna, and the hotel is conveniently placed in town. Breakfast was delicious, and Jan went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay.

The pool and sauna were cozy, and the beds were comfortable, but the hours are a real problem. Breakfast, the pool, sauna, and kitchen all close super early. After long work hours and long drives, having to rush only to find you can't eat or use the pool or sauna is exhausting. It feels like they don't want you there.

The customer service is top notch, and for me this is the best hotel in Nordfjordeid. I arrived late one night, and the staff had kindly set aside a quick warm meal from that evening's buffet for me.

The location is good, and the staff were excellent and welcoming. The daytime team helped us with the spa and dinner. Then, after I'd had a few drinks and was starving, the English lad working nights made me the best bacon sandwich I've had there. I travel a lot for work, and people don't often stand out enough to make me write a review, but these lads did.

The room was clean and so cozy, and our receptionist went above and beyond to help us. The service has been great, and we already feel at home. Thank you, thank you!
