The burger was the highlight for me, a real top-tier one. The rest of the food was splendid too, and it came out efficiently. Staff were available and the service was impressive. The prices may be on the high side, but I think what you get is worth it, and the memories made here feel priceless. Farsund Resort has stunning scenery and a charming atmosphere, kept up beautifully. The staff were warm, and meeting other travelers added to the appeal. Fishing gear is available to buy, and you can also rent equipment, making it a peaceful choice for fishing enthusiasts or families looking for a quiet break. It’s also close to the lovely town of Lyngdal. I was amazed by the landscape and found this kind of scenic, well-maintained place to be a rare discovery.

Our cottage was clean and comfortable, with four bedrooms, each with an updated en-suite bathroom. One bedroom was downstairs, which suited my elderly parents so they could avoid the stairs. The location is idyllic, though Norway has plenty of beautiful spots. We didn’t explore much beyond the cottage because we had other places to visit, but the mini-golf area looked like it hadn’t seen use in years. Parking is farther away than we’re used to, although you can unload near the cottage. We’d absolutely come back.

The nature here is beautiful, and there are some really interesting places to explore. It’s a great place to relax, especially if you like being close to nature. After my trip to Norway I wanted to come back, and I’ll definitely visit in summer.

The resort restaurant serves really tasty food, nicely presented, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. The service is friendly too. It’s a lovely place to stay.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The house itself is great and the location is beautiful, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The beds and pillows weren’t comfortable, though, while the shower was hot and had good pressure. Service was poor when we ran into major problems with the oven, heating, cooking area, and other things. It was Christmas Eve, yes, but we were paying guests. If nobody can fix issues within two hours, the place should close on those days. They only partly fixed our problems the next day.
