We booked through booking.com and were hurried through check-in, which made a bad first impression. We only had that evening and one good-weather day, so we set off right away on the panorama hike in Floro. It was only later that we found out we'd been given a studio instead of the deluxe apartment we paid for. The person who checked us in admitted the mistake when we raised it, but there was no apology, compensation, or accountability. I've never experienced anything like it. It felt like pure deception.

The hosts were so welcoming, and everything was sparkling clean. It's a lovely place in a beautiful city, and the price is reasonable too. Great value!
