The place was closed for the season, although both its website and Maps listing said it was open.

There's a unique atmosphere here, but our room clearly hadn't been prepared for guests. Bedding left by previous guests was lying in the middle of the room, and there was a lot of dust. It could use a thorough cleaning.

It's Pentecost today, and I was looking forward to my first lunch here this year. I've been used to having lunch at your place several times each summer, back when the previous people ran it. But it wasn't open. Such a disappointment! At least it's not far from town.

Really nice service. A coffee and a good waffle make for a relaxing break.

The atmosphere was great and the furniture was good. It felt airy when you sat down, though it was probably quite crowded because the place was full.
