I'm about to book my third visit. The staff are lovely, and the rooftop bar and restaurant are really nice. One small thing: they seem oddly reluctant to provide more than 2-3 coat hangers per room, so I'll bring my own this time. Still a great hotel, highly recommended, just remember your hangers.

I stayed here for 8 days after badly injuring my shoulder during a trip. The rooms and general cleanliness were top notch, but what stood out most was how every staff member went out of their way to help. They were friendly, kind, understanding, and professional. I hope they realize how much of a difference they made during such a difficult time.

The receptionist was so sweet, and he could speak some Spanish 😊❣️ We loved the hotel, the staff, and everything about it. The one thing we weren't used to was having to tell reception by 22:00 the day before if we wanted the room cleaned during a stay longer than one night. The hotel is very nice and has easy access to the shopping mall in Kongsberg 🇳🇴

The dinner "buffet" was about what you'd get at a fast-food canteen. For a room booked for two, there was just one small bedsheet, one towel, and one cup. Parking wasn't free, and finding a spot nearby was difficult. For what this hotel provides, the price is far too high; it feels like what I'd expect from a cheap hotel.

We stayed there weeks ago. Of all the Collection brand hotels, this one in Kongsberg had some of the best breakfast and dinner. Thanks to Paulina (sky-restaurant manager) and Armauskas (receptionist) for the very good service, and sorry if I missed or forgot any names. Big applause for the cleaning staff too.
