Senja Arctic Lodge AS

We were lucky enough to see the northern lights every night, though some displays were stronger than others, and we never got tired of watching. The lodge itself was clean and well organized, with a wood stove that made it warm and snug. The mountain views over the water were SO beautiful, and we all appreciated having our own comfortable beds and room to unwind. The kitchen had what we needed for cooking, but bring spices if you like using them. Catherine and Charlie were such kind, helpful hosts. They lent a hand several times and were always accommodating. We made good use of the sauna, hot tub, and BBQ, and enjoyed a cold dip from the pier. Nearby, we went sledding on the hills and walked the stony beach looking at shells and stones. My friends and I had an unforgettable stay at Senja Arctic Lodge. We loved every minute and would highly recommend it!

The grillhouse, sauna, and jacuzzi are all worth booking directly with the owner. We spent five wonderful nights at Senja Arctic Lodge, and found it comfortable, cozy, and amazing. I highly recommend the place.

We were travelling in our camper and stopped at Arctic Lodge for an evening in the jacuzzi and hot tub. The place is lovely, and the host was really kind. We also got to see beautiful northern lights. We’d definitely recommend it, and hope to return. Thank you!

Kathrin was a great person to go ice fishing with, so friendly and funny that my boyfriend and I had a really good time. We booked the trip as guests from outside, and communication with her was great. She provided everything we needed, even warm snow overalls. I’d recommend this activity to anyone!
