Never again. After a really long day at work, I arrived exhausted and asked if they had a room. They said they did, but the card terminal had some kind of problem, so they wouldn’t let me stay because they couldn’t take payment. They didn’t offer to let me pay in the morning, use Booking.com or another site, sit down for a beer and pay a bit later, or even take my card details. I ended up having to drive home. What a joke.

We stayed in the family room on our way back from Norway. It was simple, clean, and convenient, and the breakfast was good. A well-run place.

It’s right by the highway, so it’s a perfect place to stop for the night and rest. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and there was a big TV, a kettle, different tea bags, and instant coffee. The breakfast buffet had lots to choose from.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are polite, and the food is decent. They’ve renovated parts of the place, and it’s much better now. A good roadside hotel for short or long stays. I’d recommend it to tourists, truckers, and people in town for business.

We arrived at 00:30, but the electronic door wouldn’t work. We had to wait an hour for service to arrive by car. I was with my family. Miserable.
