The view straight onto the slopes was beautiful, and the room was great. Everything felt well organised, with people happy to help whenever we had questions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious and really high quality. The facilities were great too. The ski instructors were lovely and taught us so well. The mountain sauna was a fantastic extra.

The staff really made this place even better, and it’s become one of my favorite resorts. There’s a good choice of bars and restaurants for meals, and the food was delicious. We also tried some interesting signature cocktails. On weekends, the club has lots of nice events. The hotel is beautiful, the scenery around it is breathtaking, and skiing was awesome. Renting a ski set was affordable.

We had a couple of small problems with the WiFi and air conditioning. Amber sorted them out quickly, with practical fixes and such a warm, positive manner. She made us feel incredibly welcome, and dealing with the issues felt effortless.

The restaurants had lovely food, and the hotel is in a great location. It felt really welcoming too. Amazing place.

The beds were comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft, and breakfast had a huge range of choices, though no specialty coffees. The bathroom is very spacious, but the shower needs more grab bars to help prevent slipping. The sink is too big and has a sloping side. The thermostat is almost too high up to adjust. The balcony was the only way to cool the room.
