We were given a completely different apartment from the one we booked, which Jonas, the general manager, had helped us arrange. Later, we were accused of making noise and told we’d be billed for alleged extra costs, which we don’t recognize. We asked for documentation and for the case to be reviewed, but the place stopped replying. The way this was handled felt unprofessional and left us with a very bad experience. We can’t recommend it.

The host was very nice, and we’ll be back. The apartment was clean and cozy, with good beds and a well equipped kitchen. It’s centrally located in the pedestrian zone, close to everything, with parking just around the corner.
