The breakfast and comfortable bed make up for the downsides. It’s the best breakfast u can get in norway, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is small and there’s no shower curtain, so water floods the floor. There aren’t any working people at reception, just a code to check into the building and your room, which is perfect for an introvert like me.

The location was really nice, near the water for a swim, the sentrum for drinks, and a park for walks. The view of the forest right behind was lovely. Staff were amazing, understanding, and good at solving problems. I stayed one night and it was perfect. I brought my dog with no issues.

The bed was very comfy and we slept really well. The room was nice, though the little bathroom felt tight for my wife, who has mobility issues. Breakfast was OK, with a lovely fresh display of cereals and fruit that tasted great. The little sausages weren’t nice, and the fried eggs were rubbery, but the hard-boiled eggs were nicely done, not too hard inside. I should also mention there was a good breakfast selection for my wife’s gluten and dairy intolerance. So it was a good stay overall.

The wooden walls gave the inside of the building a cozy feel. Our room was a bit small, and there was no heating in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, though I wish coffee had been available in the evening. We got good help whenever we needed it.
