The shower was extremely small, and I noticed the back door/fire exit was open, leaving access for anyone. Keep your room locked. The hotel is quiet, with no traffic, and the rooms are quite big. They looked clean, though old and worn. Food wasn’t served every day while I was there, but reception had a selection of snacks and soft drinks, and they also serve tap beer. The breakfast buffet was available, though the restaurant area felt dark and gloomy. The surrounding area is very family friendly, with a sports and training center, lots of green space, and what seemed like a safe place for kids. There’s parking, and the hotel is all on ground level with no stairs. You may want to ask for a room near reception to avoid the endless corridors.

I was over from England for work nearby and slept really well, with no sound after 22:00. The staff were really good, and the food was cheap with generous portions. It’s basic accommodation in amazing grounds, with excellent sports facilities and free parking.

I was there for a work visit. The sunset and sunrise views are beautiful. For me, the aqua parc and wellness facilities, along with access to the swimming pool and perhaps other activities, are what give the hotel its value. The hotel itself is simple, fine if you just need a bed to crash in. The food could use an update. I think some food left over from the day before may have been served the next day. Breakfast was modest, too. Something that irritated me and some other guests was the drinks machine: juice and milk were available at breakfast, but it was shut down in the afternoon and evening. With dinner you could only have water, coffee, or tea unless you bought a drink. Personally, I’d prefer an Airbnb and buy a ticket for the park.

A nice option for children, since the climbing park and swimming pool were included with the hotel. Dogs are allowed in the rooms, and breakfast is included. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly, though this isn’t the most luxurious hotel.
