Best Western Laegreid Hotell

Everything worked, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and the service was good, but the interior and facilities feel about 30 years out of date. A renovation could bring out the place's potential.

The employees were friendly and doing their best, but with one person trying to handle everything at the hotel, it showed. Breakfast was very limited compared with other places we've stayed, and the worn-down motel matched the old, run-down feel of the town. This was the one low point of our trip to Norway. For what we paid, we'd suggest staying in a neighboring city with a more modern, higher-quality hotel and better value. If we did the trip again, we'd choose a different city.

The attendants were kind and helpful, and the rooms were well insulated and quiet. There was a good selection of quality food, and the hotel has several recreation options, including a gym, parlor, and restaurant. The place was clean.

The USB-A and USB-C ports by the bed made charging our devices easy, and free parking in front of the hotel from 17:00 until 8:00 was handy too. Best Western Laegreid Hotell was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to our room, which made the stay feel comfortable and hygienic. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, good-quality food, with options for different tastes and dietary preferences. We also liked the American-style interior. The tasteful decor gave the hotel a pleasant, homey feel and stood out from typical hotel design. We were very happy with the stay and would gladly choose Best Western Laegreid Hotell again. Its cleanliness, decor, breakfast, and convenient amenities exceeded our expectations.
