We found this gem after a few days camping in our van and needed a cabin to recharge 😅 The lake view was amazing, the cabins were cozy, and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. The owner was really nice too. Thanks for a lovely time at your campground, we’ll definitely come back! Andrea and Bernhard

The sauna and kayaks were such a great bonus, and the owners are genuinely friendly and helpful. You can tell how much heart they put into this place, right down to the little details. The whole campsite is so clean and well cared for, and the newly renovated bathrooms smell so good you almost don’t want to leave 😂 We’re already coming back next month. Totally recommend Wathne Camping 🩷 See you!

Great place for a stopover. There are a few pitches right by the water, and the sanitary facilities were very clean, with spotless showers and toilets. Chemical toilets and grey water can both be disposed of for free.

The sanitary building was one of the cleanest I’ve seen at a camping spot, and the view is amazing. Friendly people too. I’d definitely recommend stopping here :)

Trying the wood-heated sauna was one of the best parts of our stay, such a relaxing experience. We also found it handy that a store is about 10 minutes away by car. The campground is right by the water, with several great hiking trails just a short drive away. The host welcomed us warmly, helped us out, and shared useful tips for things to do nearby as well as where to go next. We had what we needed to cook comfortably in the well-equipped shared kitchen. The sanitary facilities were spotless and looked recently renovated, with a modern feel, background music, and pleasant scents. A peaceful, well-kept place in a great location, highly recommend!
