If you care about having a good experience, look elsewhere. The customer service was terrible, and the staff were inconsiderate and unaccommodating. Unless you're local, I don't think Trysil is worth the trip. Stick to the Alpine resorts.

10/10
The service was amazing, with staff who were kind and so helpful. For this luxury experience, I was shocked by how low the price was. It's a fantastic ski-in, ski-out location, and the rooms are great, with kitchen supplies that make it easy to cook and store food.

10/10
The location is central and perfect for skiing, with ski-in, ski-out access. The hotel has all the amenities you need and more, and the service was exceptional. They were also very helpful when I realized I'd left something in my room after my stay.

The rooms are great, but there was no service. No soap or shampoo, no towel change even after a week, and no room cleaning.

A great spot for a family ski weekend.
