We stayed for two days. The garden and rooms were nice, and all the other staff felt like family. The restaurant was the problem. When we went for breakfast, the woman there said cleaning was underway and they couldn't serve us then. That caught us off guard. The way she spoke to us was extremely poor. She didn't seem to know how to manage the restaurant, talk to guests, handle them, or make them happy. Staff at such a big hotel should be taught how to speak with guests. Everything else was good, but I give the restaurant a zero. It was my worst restaurant experience, and she was the worst too.

The pool was clean, the staff were humble, and the location was a strong point. But the deluxe rooms were a huge disappointment and didn't feel worth the price. Breakfast was okay, though again not worth what we paid.

After a tiring drive, the clean, comfortable rooms at Hotel Wildlife Camp were just what we needed. I loved the breakfast, and the garden was beautiful. I even got a dip in the pool, and they gave us some starfruit from the garden. We had an amazing time, and I've settled on this as my hotel in Sauraha.

The toilets could use improvement, and the deluxe rooms don't match their price. Still, the huge swimming pool, with its colored lights at night, was cleaned every day. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Loved it!
