River View Jungle Camp

We stayed three days and saw a lot of wildlife with Mangara: many rhinos, all four kinds of deer, both kinds of monkeys, a sloth bear, wild boar, bison, a wild elephant, both kinds of crocodiles, and two tigers. Mangara also identified a multitude of birds brilliantly. Wildlife sightings partly depend on luck, but our excellent jungle guide definitely improved our chances. The hotel arranged him for us. My husband and I had a beautiful, clean, comfortable room facing the river and the national park on the other side, with a gorgeous view from our private balcony. Meals in the hotel restaurant were delicious, and every staff member was extremely kind and helpful. We highly recommend River View Jungle Camp and Mangara.

We booked our safaris through the hotel, which made things convenient, and the staff were accommodating with every request. Our river-view room had a patio where we could look across the river at the park. An elephant came by daily on its way down to bathe, and a rhino even wandered into the yard. Great spot right on the river. We loved staying here, so check it out.

We really enjoyed our family stay. Everything felt well managed, and the comfortable, relaxing atmosphere made the visit easy. The service was excellent, with staff who were welcoming and very friendly. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant stay and good service.

I've traveled for years, even decades, and never had an experience like this. The room was awful and the service was nonexistent. The towels and pillows were dirty, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated since the Mughal era. No one even came to bring water. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
