Hostel Swastik

Bhaktapur has such a special feel, and I felt settled throughout my stay at Swastik hostel. It's comfortable, clean and right in the centre, with easy access to Pottery Square, Durbar Square, temples, restaurants and lovely streets you can wander for hours. The staff are welcoming and lovely, and can offer advice about Bhaktapur and traveling around Nepal. There's a relaxed place to hang out, and I had some of the best Dal Bhat I've ever tasted. It became a home away from home. I'd highly recommend it and can't wait to return.

Bhaktapur is a lovely city, and you’re close to the countryside around places like Nagarkot. The hostel made it easy to feel at home, with great people and friendly staff. A lovely place to slow down and rest. One of the best hostels for spending time in Nepal, I’d definitely recommend it.

On clear days, the rooftop has amazing views of the Himalayas across the city. The hostel feels warm and welcoming, with a nice common area to sit in, and all the spaces were clean and tidy. A lovely place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The peaceful setting and welcoming atmosphere made Swastik Hostel feel special. I felt connected to people from different backgrounds, and staying there meant learning and sharing moments, not just having somewhere to sleep. The warmth, culture, and beautiful views made the experience wonderful. I’m grateful for the people and memories, and for that sense of belonging. Swastik Hostel will always feel like home.
