The good environment makes this a pleasant place to spend time. They serve good food, especially the traditional Tharu thali. Recommended for guests passing through Narayanghat.

The staff were well behaved, the food was good, and the environment was really nice. This place won me over. I'd recommend going.

For a room at 1500, I expected an average but clean place. The first look was decent, and the location is handy if you're in town for business, but my one-night stay was uncomfortable and the price didn't feel worthwhile for the hygiene, amenities, and service. The room had an attached toilet, but the seat was broken and fell whenever I raised it. There was no basin, just a tap, and the shower space was so small you'd need to be desperate to use it. The walls were very thin, especially around the toilet, so sounds from the next room's bathroom carried clearly. There was also an odd smell, not exactly bad but not good either. The AC was set to 17°C but only made the room a little less hot, so I had to switch on the fan as well. It made noise. All the sockets and switches were by the door, with none near the bed. The sheets and blankets felt dirty, and finding chewed gum on the bedside table convinced me that the bedding probably hadn't been changed, just rearranged after the previous guest. I chose this place because of its decent reviews, but the stay fell short.

The price I paid didn't match the room or service, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to travelers looking for cleanliness, comfort, and proper hospitality. The AC barely worked, moving warm air around more like a fan than cooling the room, despite the hotel advertising air-conditioned rooms. At that rate, I expected the basic amenities to work. The bedsheets were visibly dirty and looked as if they hadn't been changed or properly washed. The bathroom was also in unacceptable condition, with poor hygiene and little maintenance. Staff were dismissive and unprofessional, and made no effort to deal with the concerns I raised. It was a very disappointing stay.
