The staff were courteous and professional throughout, from check-in to check-out, and quick to help with requests. I also found the Wi-Fi reliable, which helped with work. Breakfast had a decent range, the food was good, and the dining area was clean and organized. My room at The pokhara Grande hotel was spacious, clean, neatly arranged, and had comfortable bedding that made for a good night's rest. Housekeeping kept up good hygiene during my stay. The location also made it easy to get to nearby markets and transportation. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying visit.

I found Pokhara Grande a peaceful place to stay, away from the busy Lakeside area but still conveniently close to the airport, Phewa Lake, and other city attractions. It offers free Wi-Fi, parking, travel assistance, and an airport shuttle if arranged beforehand. Staff were warm, professional, and attentive. The dining options are a highlight. There are several restaurants on site, including Thasang Restaurant for Tibetan dishes, and Bagaicha by the pool for snacks and drinks. Guests can also use the outdoor pool, separate children's pool, fitness center, and Spa Pavitra for Thai and Ayurvedic treatments. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Many look out on the Annapurna Himalayan range, especially striking in the morning, and the property has a serene atmosphere. It felt well suited to families, business travelers, and anyone after a relaxed visit. Pokhara Grande stands out as Pokhara's only 5-star hotel and offers a balance of luxury, comfort, and tranquility.

I've stayed at Pohara Grand four times with my group. It's one of the best hotels in Pokhara. The rooms and food were excellent, and every staff member treated guests with respect. I truly recommend it.
