The restaurant and bar both have a very nice atmosphere. I visited the restaurant twice over two days and, though I'm not vegetarian by choice, I really enjoyed the vegetarian meals there. Alcohol isn't allowed in the restaurant, so I moved to the bar. They brought my restaurant food order over to me there. The bar has a golf putting pitch, a pool table, and foosball. Worth a visit if you're around Biratnagar.

We celebrated our baby's birthday at Hotel Harrison Palace, and everything went beyond perfectly. The atmosphere suited our family, and the staff were so warm and kind. The service was exceptional. I'm deeply grateful to everyone there.

We stayed as a group of more than 80 people, and the staff were cooperative and helpful. The hotel is centrally located for tourist places, with shopping nearby, and offers great value for money. Thank you.

Biratnagar gets few Western visitors, and seems to welcome Indian and interstate business travelers instead. Harrison is a vegetarian hotel, so be ready for veg food only. It's clean, well located, and easy to explore the city on foot. There's also a gym on site. Absolutely stunning for this place.

I stayed here on 20 November 2025 and had a terrible experience. I ordered roti at 8 pm, but by 9:30 it still hadn't arrived. I called room service and reception many times, and each time they said it would be there in five minutes. My sabji had gone cold. I went to the restaurant, but nobody responded. My friends and I would say to eat outside and stay at the hotel, or you may end up going to sleep without food. This was my first experience this bad.
