We picked this hotel because its ad showed a swimming pool, but there wasn’t one. The room also didn’t match the standard shown in the pictures, and cockroaches were crawling all over the floor. We tried to cancel because of them, but were still charged. Easily the worst experience I’ve had, and I strongly recommend not staying here.

The hotel seemed poorly managed, and the service was really bad compared with what the photos suggested. The room’s AC didn’t work, and neither did the shower. It was a very bad experience for me. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Cockroaches were all over the room when we checked in. The bedsheets were dirty, and there was a strange bad smell.

The room and service were about what you’d expect from this kind of hotel. The food, though, was really bad and definitely not worth the price. I hope they give more attention to the restaurant and food in future.

The room was at least tidy, but it was quite small for a “Supreme Deluxe.” Room service was awful. They hadn’t stocked basic things like soap or water bottles, and we had to call repeatedly to get them brought up. Breakfast for two cost about 800, which was ridiculous. Whatever we ordered, we were served poached or boiled eggs. The food arrived cold and wasn’t worth the extra charge. The kettle that was supposed to be in the room was missing too, and it took three or four calls to reception just to get hot water. When I raised the poor service at reception, the receptionist only stood there awkwardly and listened without doing anything. If negative stars were possible, I’d give them.
