The people and the setting are what made my stay at Afno Ghar Temple Resort special. Everyone was so friendly, and the resort has a lovely atmosphere. The rooms were clean and in great shape, and the service was great. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the far western region. I’d recommend staying at Afno Ghar Temple Resort at least once.

There’s plenty of greenery, flowers, and parking at Afno Ghar Temple Resort, and the peaceful surroundings would suit a workshop, training, or a quiet break. The setting is its best feature. The food was just okay, and the hospitality was satisfactory, though it could have been warmer and more engaging. One funny detail: a single Shikhar cigarette cost Rs. 45 inside, nearly three times the usual price, so we went out and bought a whole packet instead. The place gave us a reason to take a walk, at least. With more care given to dining and service, the experience could better match the setting.

My stay was a really bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The rooms weren’t clean, and the bathroom wasn’t maintained either.
